Jeremy Good - Associate Pastor of Operations of Hope Church

Jeremy Good serves as Pastor of Operations and Building/Facilities Manager at Hope Church in Fort Worth, Texas. He began attending Hope around 2007 and joined the church staff in January 2021. Since then, Jeremy has served in several ministry roles, including Assimilations Pastor and overseeing leadership training and Hope’s First Impressions teams before moving into his current role in Operations.

Jeremy is passionate about helping believers continue growing in their walk with Christ. That passion for people is reflected in the wide range of responsibilities he carries at Hope—some highly pastoral and others decidedly practical. He oversees Hope’s Care Ministry while also helping lead many of the behind-the-scenes systems that allow the church and its ministries to function effectively.

Jeremy’s current responsibilities include church operations, building and facilities management, human resources, Hope’s Safety and Emergency Response teams, Care Ministry, and a fair amount of campus maintenance. Whether he is helping care for someone going through a difficult season, developing systems for staff and volunteers, or dealing with something that needs attention around the building, Jeremy works to create an environment where people and ministry can thrive.

Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Letters from the University of Oklahoma. He is also a graduate of the Antioch Project, the ministry training program of the 17:6 Network.

Jeremy and his wife, Wendy, have been married for 20 years and have a son, John. When he isn’t at Hope, Jeremy enjoys just about anything that gets him outdoors and active, including sports and disc golf—which he is willing to count as a sport.
